How can I place an order?

Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our online catalog and click on the items you want to purchase. Add them to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

How long it will take to receive my order?

After you place an order it will take about 3-5 days to proceed and to deliver orders may take from 3 days to 2 months to arrive depending on the country. We can't deliver some products because of big shipping prices or some products are too hard to deliver to the country.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined  by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be converted by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country for further details of charges please contact your local customs office.

What if the item I received is defective/incorrect/damaged?

Do you ship world wide?

Yes, except few countries and some products can't be delivered because of big shipping prices.

We are shipping from Hong Kong.

How do I return an item?

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, you must re service as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
